The 2.8 TGV POWERspec clutch kit is the ultimate heavy duty TDI kit!
Designed originally to be fitted to the 2.8 Litre HS international engine, this clutch is very strong which makes it ideal for off road applications, including off road racing, Heavy towing, Winch challenge events, Rally cars and the like.

Fits all 200tdi and 300tdi engines, bolt on fit no modification required. Fits Discovery 1, Defender 90/110/130 and Range Rover classic

This kit comes complete with an extra HD clutch plate, Heavy duty uprated clutch cover, LOF EXTREMEspec release bearing (FTC5200), Spigot bush, wire clips etc.
We also suggest changing the clutch fork when doing a TDI clutch job, part number FTC2957

Suitable for Vehicles with 2.8TGV International, Tuned VNT turbo TDI engines, OM606 conversions, Lexus 1UZ engine conversions.

TGV kits can cause Gear chatter if the gearbox is worn (lots of backlash) We suggest running the R380 gearbox using MTF 75W90 with a higher viscosity to avoid gear chatter. (Stronger springs in the driven plate can reveal the symptoms of a worn gearbox, but 100% necessary for high powered TDI engines!)
